I have been on about 80 cruises and have sailed on the Infinity alone for at least 70 days within the last 2 years (did a B2B x 2 in 2013/14). I will think hard about booking another cruise with Celebrity after this disappointing 14 night voyage around Cape Horn.

Embarkation

No water or food was served in the terminal. I was informed by a ship officer the port doesn't allow service of any kind. I strongly suspect this was because the owner of the one café located in the terminal is politically connected. Consequently, the absence of service of any kind by the ship forces passengers to buy from this café, the only source of refreshment for a couple of thousand waiting passengers. Corruption in Buenos Aires (where I live part time) seems to have reared its ugly head once again.
