Everything about this cruise was excellent, from arriving on board to disembarkation. Our cabin was very comfortable with a lovely en-suite and a decent-sized veranda. The staff on board were great; first-class service from friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. There was a superb variety of entertainment - films, dancing, cooking demos, plays, ABBA evening to name but a few and also very useful lectures about the places we were about to visit.

Our shore excursions were skillfully arranged to avoid long waits for coaches - we would never have realised that there were over 900 passengers on board our ship. The places we visited were really interesting and at each port there were plenty of choices as to where to visit, always one included in the price paid initially.

We had several dining opportunities and we took advantage of the choices offered at no extra price, whether self service or waiter service. This was also a good time to get to know some of our fellow passengers as we opted to share a table in the waiter service areas and we made new friends by so doing. The food was mouth-wateringly delicious.
