Free style cursing not so free and I am not just talking about the extra restaurant fees. Do you believe they made my two girls sign for towels and state they will charge you room if not returned? They even ran out of dry towels. Obviously the head of this ship needs a new job. Customer Service is lacking and you may not notice if you just use NCL. Try another and you will see. I really like Disney but there are other good ones.

They over sold the ship so I and others were downgrade, BTW the call me on Christmas eve to give that news.. Bait and switch no doubt. Most of the staff was either really good or just bad, no in-between. Not many smiles and most if the service is like Going to Fridays (sorry don’t want to insult Friday’s) but you know what I mean. Typical chain restaurant service but when you are adding $40 pp plus tip for a meal on s cruise ship I expect Four Seasons Service. Server’s lack high end service training, menu knowledge, table follow-up and skills (ie don’t ask customers to pass the plates, make sure there is butter, fill water and if the wine glass is empty fill it. But this is symptomatic of much of the staff.

The ship is good, most balconies are so small chairs need to be sideways. Since I original paid for a large balcony since we spen a lot of time on it the downgrade to 30 Cu ft sucked. Customer Service lines and complaints were so bad I gave up trying to get my 100 ship credit until the last day. The only thing worse than service was WiFi, unless your office requires and pays skip it. 45 minutes to syc email, forget about web surfing and absolutely not YouTube Netflix or even FB video. Shio has great activities, youth care is OK but the charge EXTRA after 10:30 and Teen center is so boring for teen they meet there and run around the ship in groups. Over all trip was relaxing, ports were very good (had a great time on Port Canaveral on Airboat and alligator tour.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

Was downgraded from large balcony we paid for and wanted. Balcony was tiny not much room for two to sit. Cabin small but comparable to other ship, they never put the bunk bed back up so felt smaller then other ships

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

fantastic, fun worth every dollar

Great Stirrup Cay

amazing
