The Good:
The Sun's layout - we never felt cramped
The Itinerary - Falklands and Ushuaia were our highlights
Great cabin with a big forward balcony in a great location. The bed and furnishings show signs of age but 1202 is a exceptional cabin. We also had an inside cabin (0303) for our son, which was also great and big! We did not like the soap and shampoo in the dispensers. Bar soap was given when asked for but there was also no hair conditioner or lotion.
The Falls were not worth the time, crowded, dusty, a lot of big horse flies and not impressive. The volcano was nice but not enough time to take the lift to the top', only to the first stop. The lunch at the German Club was very nice as was the general scenery and the informative guide.

Kayaing tour cancelled due to winds so we walked the city and saw all of the major sights including the excellent museum and cemetary.
We took a taxi tour with a 2 1/4 hour hike to the Chilean border. This was a great way to see Tierra del Fuego and the other sights. The taxi stand is right off the dock and had fixed prices based on the duration of the tour. The drive did not speak english but we go on fine.
Hop on Hop off bus was good once you could get on it, but they should run a couple more buses when ships are in port. Got to the first bus stop at the start of operation in the morning at 9:15 for a 9:30 departure and it was already full
