We are not regular cruise folks. This trip was booked by my parents for a family of 7 altogether to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. Everyone of us enjoyed our balcony rooms. The group included 1 child 5 yrs old and he enjoyed time with the kids mostly evenings during dinner at the kid's club. The rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable. The help on the ship was very friendly. We were apprehensive because of some of the reviews we had read. Everyone we had contact with was great.

We especially liked celebrating a special meal for the 60th anniversary celebration. We ate at the Eataly steakhouse. We purchased a meal with courses for $31 each person The server and person who helped book it and set up the little celebration complete with a lovely cake was excellent his name is Kristijan and he said he had been working on that ship for many years. He gave us excellent service. The party celebration was a success and was enjoyed by all of us. The meal was not rushed which we found to be the case in the dining room because of having a sitting after the first one which we were assigned to.

The buffet was good. Pizza was our favorite. We enjoyed the ports of call on this cruise and enjoyed the excursions. We went to a lovely beach in Grand Cayman. We did our own excursion in Cozumel which we also enjoyed. One thing that impressed us were the shows in the evening. Very good entertainment, music, dance and costumes. We went to the show every night. My husband enjoyed the afternoon baseball trivia day.when at sea. He loves baseball and was happy to be around others to discuss teams and players. We would recommend this cruise line for all ages and groups, there was plenty to eat do.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Our cabin had enough storage and places to hang things. We had a full tub with shower in the bathroom and really liked the space it gave us in the bathroom. We loved having a balcony room to open the door, sit out on the deck and watch the water and sit on when we were at the ports before leaving. We also liked hearing the ocean when we had the door open at night. The tv was right in the center of the room up on the wall. good location to be seen. No sofa, just one cushioned chair and then a stool at the desk area. The room was at the buffet end of the ship, opposite from the theatre. We actually liked where this room was located, close to elevator and steps.

Port Reviews

Falmouth

Nice beach comfortable chairs, good changing area.

Nassau

Had the glass bottom boat tour drop us off on Paradise Island. We had to get our own cab back to port which was fine. We enjoyed the shops, and the casino at the hotel and also the shops and looking at the yachts on our walk over to the hotel when left off by the boat at the pier.
