I have cruised with Norwegion before, and several other cruise lines, but probably will look for another cruise line next time.

When I first got on the boat I had high hopes for a wonderful cruise. My first experience with not so good was the prices of drinks on the boat. Since when is a single drink worth more than $10.00! The food got boring after the first couple of days. But what was worse was trying to find a clean place to sit down. Tables were NEVER clean. When I started looking around at the boat in general, the glass in elevators was dirty, don't push that elevator button with your finger because it was so dirty, and the cloth chairs were stained and dirty. The thing that topped it off was when the toilets plugged up, thank goodness it was only on the last day. No way to flush the toilets!! This doesn't help when people were throwing up because of the rough sea!

The people on the boat were friendly and nice, but I didn't feel we had the same service as other cruise lines. They tack on a $13.50 per person gratuity each day for people that take care of you, beside the 18 percent when you order a drink. What ever happened to tipping those that did a great job for you?
