Embarked at Valparaiso for 14 day South America cruise. Bit slow at check in (suite class queue, supposed to be priority), but staff helpful and friendly. The Infinity showing some signs of wear and tear, particularly the outdoor spaces, and needs some work. Nice spacious Aqua Class balcony suite, very large bathroom (with separate shower cubicle, a first for us). Prompt and helpful room staff, but a small word of caution here on the bed pillows and linens - no pillow menu, and the default is feather, so if you need hypoallergenic, you need to ask right at the start (don't know if available, as we realised this at the end, after a few days of sneezing and allergic symptoms!).
Outdoor pools small and cold, alternative of indoor solarium thellasotherapy pool is adequate, but also small. Canyon spa average, generally lacking the amenities and finesse of a first class facility (masseuse got it wrong on selected therapy, charge had to be reversed after complaining; steam, sauna, Turkish in Persian Garden all just about ok). Good gym, enough space and equipment.
Speciality restaurants all very good (Qsine, Tuscan, Luminae), main restaurant (Trellis) a bit inconsistent, but excellent service generally. Bars and lounges very good, Al Bacio coffee lounge excellent with really good staff. Generally very good theatre shows, with some original and unusual performers, but also some routine average ones. Casino just average, one croupier particularly bad attitude (enough for us to just walk away).
Spacious, comfortable and quiet (at starboard aft end, though suite next door has a piano, so you take your chances, at least that it's someone who can play well...!). Nice quiet balcony, large bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Big comfortable bed, ask for hypoallergenic pillows and linens if you need to, we did not remember to and had some allergic symptoms from the default feather ones. Good cabin staff and always available and accommodating. Overall a very nice cabin.
