Sail Date: Jan 2016

Given the excitement that the two newer ships that P & O bought were ex HAL, we decided to take a short trip to Kangaroo Island, to try it out for future reference. What a mistake! I had forgotten that P & O is budget cruising! While the refurb provided some lovely public areas - namely the Pantry, various lounges /bars and a good sized cabin, the 'no frills' and inflexible approach of P & O, spoilt what should have been a nice cruise on a delightful ship.

Cleanliness

1. On the first morning, my husband took hold of the folded towel from the rack and found a chunk of knotted hair - not a good start
