Our trip started with a 5 hour delay due to bad weather, fair enough these things happen, we were advised by a phone call and were able to re-arrange our taxi pick up.

We arrived at Tilbury and check in went without a hitch, on board shown our cabin, spacious and clean with plenty of space for our clothes, good size shower room, and later found it to be a good shower very powerful.

So far so good but...... I am afraid it was all down hill from then on in, we found a lot of the staff to be very surly as if it was all too much trouble!!! That's a shame as any other cruise we had been on the staff were cheerful always had a smile and were only to happy to help. Read more
