This cruise was a disaster of epic proportions from the Princess service the only thing that went smoothly was the disembarkation.

When we arrived at exactly 12:30 (embarkation time was noon) and reached our cabin the sheets were dirty and we had to request robes. (We'd previously traveled on Oceania and Celebrity--so this came as a surprise to us.)

Next we needed additional keys to our room since our kids were traveling with us. We had to wait in an hour long line at Guest Services. From then on the cruise service continued to go down hill. No one from dining was available to help us throughout the day and the cruise left four hours late. Due to our anytime dining we had to wait 45 minutes to eat dinner.

Port Reviews

Roatan

Loved Steve and his team with R & R Tours. Best day of the cruise. We were able to get snorkling, zip lining and a glass bottom boat tour of the reef in--despite getting off the ship about 3 hours late.

Belize City

Definitely book with a private tour company. With the cruise line you will have to carry your own inner tubes for the 30 minute walk.
