I booked our Christmas cruise in late October of 2015. Paid the rate they had asked for on line.
Found out that they were offering a 30% discount rate before we left. Called and asked for a refund of about $170.00 for the 30 % discount....."no sir, can not do that....can't speak to a manager or another supervisor, I am as far as you can go" said the person at the call center that I think was in Asia somewhere. OK.... called the home office, phone reverts back to the regular 800 number.....no e-mail address available to contact.
Did not even offer a free dink ticket!....terrible customer service.
Small and cramped. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable, however the pillows were very soft.
