We have travelled more than 30 cruises and this has been the worst by far. The sanitization on the ship was a total disgrace. Due to the lack of this, the ship had many passengers with Norovirus and were confined to their cabins. We spoke to senior management on several occasions to be told there was not a problem.
The library was a joke.
The toilets were always blocked and out of commission. No staff were present in the toilets and on many occasions the service sheet times were invalid.
