Sail Date: Dec 2015
Traveled with children

With water slides, basketball court, mini golf, kid clubs, pools, movies and a variety of fun entertainment, the Carnival Pride was perfect for kids of all ages as well as adults. The dining room waitstaff, stateroom attendants, and the people at guest services all went out of their way to make sure your vacation was enjoyable. The service was excellent overall.

Rooms--and bathrooms, were kept clean and were surprisingly spacious. The quality and variety of foods were top notch. The gym was clean and huge. Being a new year's cruise, there were tons of kids on board. This cruise is probably not the best choice for someone who wants a quieter cruising experience, but it's great for those traveling with kids. They do offer an adults' only pool area, however, which is relatively quiet.

The only negatives were that although the casino was large, it was very smokey. Also, embarkation and disembarkation could have been faster. We enjoyed all of the ports.
