I have worked in Administration for many years but have not been working for the past 3 years. I am currently looking to get back into Office Administration. I have been on many holidays within Australia and overseas and I have been on 2 cruises.

I Love Pacific Eden she takes 1500 passengers so is smaller than the other ships in the P&O fleet. I was very happy with her layout both indoors and the Lido deck and the adults only Oasis deck and the crew were wonderful.

Yes a few hiccups but mostly due to weather conditions making tenders hard to set up. So happy to have been apart of her 2nd cruise and to have joined in the celebrations of 5 ships and the fantastic fireworks display on the Harbour.

Cabin Review

Cabin OE

Our cabin was clean and was a twin cabin with an oceanview window.

There was a couch, bench with powerpoint under the mirror, wardrobes and drawers.

We had plenty of storage space and our cases fitted neatly under the beds.

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were as well.

The bathroom was clean with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity basin. These were all clean and in good working condition.

Port Reviews

Noumea

I didn't like Noumea on my 1st cruise but I thought this may've been due to it raining. On my 2nd cruise the sun was out but I still didn't like it. I found it to be expensive in the Visitor Centre for Souvenirs. I found it unfriendly in the respect that none of the restaurants catered for non french speaking in regard to the menus. If I go to Noumea again I think I'll stay on the ship.

Mystery Island

Mystery Island is a lovely little Island this is a tender island and I was surprised to see that there was an airport on the Island as it is a non inhabited Island. You can walk around her in no time at all. The locals are from a neighbouring Island and are lovely people. I could've stayed here for longer.

Isle of Pines (New Caledonia)

I love the Isle of Pines this is a tender island of beautiful warm blue sea and lovely soft sand. I was a bit disappointed as the locals weren't in charge of the stalls. There is now only 1 stall that is manned by locals and that is away from the others and has the most clothing at it. There is a restaurant on the island but the prices are more like mainland prices.
