Absolutely appalling. Late departures are understood but we were telephoned and told not to arrive until 5pm but when we arrived they had already called our deck for boarding. Not a great start but so much worse to come.

Bad weather meant that we were taken to Antwerp and Tenerife was cancelled. These things happen and Antwerp was not a bad place to be. This meant a days delay into Gib and late arrivals at our subsequent ports. Such is life we thought......
