Sail Date: Dec 2015

We have cruised 17 times before, but this was the first time we had cruised with p&o and our last time, even if p&o offered us a free cruise, no thanks, what a complete waste of time, money and annual leave. really would liked to have flown home after day 2, enough was enough.

P&O please reimburse me.... I know I am probably asking too much but, you never know

The good bits are as follows;

Cabin Review

Cabin Riveria

Felt dingy, dark and looked tired and certainly not very inviting for a ship only 5 years old. TV lost signal for a couple of days, film choices very poor,some maintenance required all over the ship

Space is limited, and so when i found a large plastic container under the bed and asked for this to be moved, to permit more storage for my cases i was TOLD no. Asked for a glass topped small table to be removed, husband is partially sighted, not good in a small room, TOLD no, TV was tiny asked if can change, TOLD no, shower was awkward, requested extra lighting in cain well before cruise date, again this did not appear in cabin. Kids in cabin next door and new friends they met on board decided to change our door signage every night, but could not say anything as the parents not what i would class as approachable. Shower curtain was changed part way through the cruise for a really bad curtain, did not fit properly, flimsy, and too short.
