Passenger handling through Tilbury was very quick and surprisingly warm for December! Our cabin was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. Our steward was a lovely chap who was very pleasant and offered to help us at all times. Al staff encountered were extremely pleasant and so friendly.

We ate in the buffet restaurant for breakfast and the Kensington restaurant for dinner. The service was superb in both. Meeting strangers for the first time at dinner is always interesting but the friendliness on this ship made it so relaxing. Our dinner and wine waiters were extremely good, making us laugh with their little jokes.

The bar staff were so friendly and polite. The reception staff were so professional and helpful. We would definately go on this ship again and are looking at future cruises.
