My husband and I have been cruising for 26 years, and we can honestly say 'never again with CMV (Cruise and Maritime Voyags)', we have never been so scared.

We live in Kent and Tilbury is only a 1 hour drive from where we live so we thought great, a cruise line company where we dont have to fly, but unfortunaely we will not use them again.

We had booked this so that we could be away for Christmas. On the morning of depart we were one of the lucky ones who were phoned at 8.30am and told the cruise was delayed by 5 hours, so instead of checking in at 1pm could we not check in until 6pm, but this information was wrong, we were amongst the 150 passengers they were holding the shp for, everyone else was on board and had been for some time, as soon as we were all on we left at 7pm.
