This was my 8th cruise so l am not a novis , this was a trip from hell l was so happy to get of the ship in sydney wish it could of been sooner,to start with we were delayed by the Ship so insted of a$15 taxi it was now peak hour and it was $60 not a good start, because it was at white bay miles from no were., Arrived to cabin to unpack ,no toilet paper or towels ,no bag for the next 6hrs so went looking for myself found it in ten minuets.

To our surprise no fridge to keep medications, but no mention of this in brousher, this is the first cruise that hasnt had a fridge. Go on deck no pool but no one new why ,the next day Asomeone tells me it still hasnt been cleaned so 24hrs more till we can swim . Arrive at mooloolabar the seas are rough but they are attempting to put people on there tenders [small boats to get to shore] sea is so rough that a whaling boat trys to help but broke 3 ropes and damaged the back of his boat, said he wouldnt do it any more, my mother said she wasnt going to break a hip for a tour [85] as people were being thrown onto these boats and someone trying to catch them as we were watching you heard garsps from the crowd, we were told no refund[ we did get refund in the end]

next day poo was found in the pool so again it was emptied , the coffee was the pits only one decent you had to pay for , xmas eve had salad and came down with food poisening for 3 days also my mother 85 , so xmas was a write off didnt get to our destenation , entertainment was poor the only thing entertaining was the kareoke at 11.30 pm and it only ran for 40 min 70 people haveing fun and they stop it , all things to do on the ship you had to pay big dollars for ,not like that on other ships, was glad to get home ,,, sink the ship and be dun with it.
