I have cruised 15 times and this is the first time I couldn't wait to get off the ship. Not sure if the crew was new or just inexperienced, but a very sad bunch. Not that friendly, in fact, some of them were down right rude. I met a gal that was mobility challenged and she had asked one of the activities people where the bathroom was. He gave her directions to the men's room. She was late for the next activity and he happened to be at that one also and he yelled at her for being late. She said she was late because he had sent her to the men's room and he commented "thought you'd like to use a urinal". What is up with that? How rude in the first place, but to do that to someone who is mobility challenged is just wrong!

The whole cruise seemed very disorganized and disfunctional. The activity people were often late for functions and weren't sure what they were supposed to do when they got there. Some were rude and one was just a total space cadet. She'd be talking and all of a sudden she'd be way off on some subject and then she'd come back.

A cashier in the gift shop couldn't be bothered with passengers because he was too busy with his phone or something. Many people waited so long and then they just walked away. Great customer service!

Cabin Review

Cabin was okay. I had requested a queen bed and had to ask the cabin steward to put a mattress topper on it to keep it from separating in the middle of the night. That should just be standard. Once again, a little training would be helpful.

Port Reviews

Puerto Vallarta

Been there, done that. It was funny because many of the passengers went to the Walmart across the street to get packets of hot chocolate so that they wouldn't have to pay for it on the ship!

Manzanillo

Been there, done that. I will say that the new dock is much more convenient than the old one.

Mazatlan

Lovely little place. Would have liked to have done more, but by the time I got there, I had gotten sick from my "cold" showers and the ship's uneven temps.

Cabo San Lucas

Had fun whale watching, but would have been better if the guys in the little zodiacs didn't run the whales off by chasing them. Still it was worth going.
