Upon embarkation the agent was having issues with her computer, we has to switch lanes twice, very rushed, no mention of onboard credit sect,, then when we got to the ship, same thing, computer issues, did not feel they were on top of things in regards to security. As for our cabin, it was small but that is to be expected, for the amount of time in there, it's ok, Amanda our Steward was great, A+++ her and the waiters in the casino bar, ther rest of the staff could use training in customer service, the two back to back days at sea I had a server come down by the pool only ONCE!!

The ship is very old 4 out of the 7 days the closet door came off the rollers in our room, , I spoke to another family of 4 whom had booked a cabin for four and had accommodations for three, they were reassigned a cabin with a mattress under the bed, that sounds to me like a fire hassard. There were more people upset with staffing issues then ship issues, I am scheduled to be on the transatlantic and the the Grand Mediterranean . I'm not so sure how I feel about having to shell out almost $700 in gratuities for staff that had no idea where the sushi bar was or when I called the front desk for something I was not given an answer but was told to look in the daily news flyer that should be arriving to my cabin any minute.

About the art auction and the free art, forget it! That's another rip off, once you buy it it when you go to finalize the payment they try to beat you up with framing, when I asked about it I was told some line about the auctioneer had to personal pay for those pieces himself so,, did I really want them?'
