Cabin: Spa Junior Suite with Balcony

While the ships itself is very new and nice, the whole experience is for non-Chinese person ruined by the 98 percent of Chinese guesta and the Chinese part of the crew.

The guests are horrible, they have very low hygiene standardy, they spit, throw things on floor and have no understanding of basic manners. No way they will stand and wait, they will push you and not only you but also themselfs.

The classic crew from Europe, Phillipines, India is very nice, they ar very helpfull and smile at you, wish you a nice day... Chinese crew makes you feel like dirt whenever they look at you. They used our Chinese visa for an entry in a port where we stay on the ship (because we needed the entry at later stage) and not one word of sorry came from them. They made us copy out flight tickets and run to the Guest desk as if it was our misstake and treated us like criminals. Their English (most of Chinese crew) is pretty horrible when it comes to anything more like the very standard situations.

Cabin Review

Spa Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin SJ

The cabin was ok, we got a bathtub and a shower which was nice. The beds were very narrow but balcony was a nice addition. Overall somewhat abouve average.

A bit of dissapointment even if we did have a Suite and paid gratuties as in Suite..we were not really able to get any advantages because we had ONLY " junior" suite. So no gold card for us, no prioritz seating, no access to Gold card areas.. a bit of unfair if you ask me.

Port Reviews

Hong Kong

Expecting all the light shows, lot of activity but experienced mostly anoying watch selelrs and the 3D laser show as well as the 8pm Light show were a joke. I can only recommend to spend half a day in Hong Kong city with the must see and 2days in HK Disneyland.
