NCL promises much more than they deliver.
* My partner was assured that for $300 we could have full-time Internet Access, and there was no additional charge for more than one device. WRONG. We could not get on at the same time (thus the two hours we had set aside to work on could not be simultaneous), and the wifi periodically turned itself off so you had to keep logging in. Ironically, large signs posted touted this as "stress-free Internet."
o Free-styling? Not really --- very over bureaucratized in its policies. To make a reservation for one of the "specialty restaurants" required waiting in line at a giant front desk located in an area so noisy no one can hear each other because of the nearby giant screen and performers in front of it **** literally, everyone is yelling at each other and leaning over the counter. And on not one but two occasions they loused up our reservations and did not have the promised table waiting for us. Instead we waited... and waited... and waited.
Small but usable; very clean and servicing well done.
Lovely and interesting walking, eating and exploring easy to do on one's own from where the ship docks. The seaside walk to El Morro recommended, followed by dinner in the Old Town.
