Sail Date: Dec 2015

The four of us were all looking forward to spending New Year on the ship.

Sadly all went down hill once we were on the ship. It started with putting our clothes away the top hinge on the wardrobe fell of when we opened it. Then went to sit on my bed well the wooden slats broke (no I am not that fat), the bed was really for a child not an adult. Then go into the shower once you figure out how to get the right temputure you have your shower hop out only to find the bathroom just about flooded.

It rained on our trip and considering we went to cairns it was expected considering it is rainy season and you cant do anything about the weather. BUT you dont expect the weather to come to meet you inside the ship. It leaks like a sieve instead of bringing shorts and t shirts I should of brought gumboots, umbrella and woollen jumpers and that was just for the inside of the ship. Buckets and towels everywhere sodden wet carpet that stunk with that wet carpet smell.

Cabin Review

Cabin inside cabin level 5 for 4 people

The cabin was crap . It was a 4 person one but one of the beds is for a child not an adult, it kept breaking. The wardrobe hings fell of taking all 3 wardrobes out of aline. When you use the shower the bathroom nearly always flooded. The broken bed only got fixed once had to sleep on the broken bed for 2 or 3 nights. The mattress were very lumpy. Paying over $5000 for this cabin and the state it was in was totally overpriced.

Port Reviews

Hamilton

Hamilton Island seemed very nice. it was raining quite bad so did not get to see that much of it or much of a walk.
