1st Time on Norwegian, we booked this last minute for the holidays. We typically Cruise Celebrity and we went into this trip with open minds about food and service. It didn't take long to comprehend how far we had dropped.

Service was not even bad, it was non-existent. complaints to upper management got you a response but, no follow through. Even attitude on some occasions. My oldest waited 20 minutes at dinner for tea and honey with her dessert. We had to ask the waiter 3x until he finally remembered.

Waiters and Waitress's are minimally trained. We actually would sit at Champagnes just to watch the waiter attempt to do his job. Walking up and down the hallway never taking any orders, talking to one couple for 15 minutes, and one night finally taking an order which he managed to spill.

Cabin Review

Family Inside

Cabin I1

Large inside Cabin, close to elevator. Square footage was about 200. It was a good choice for a family of 4. Spacious bump out with chair.

Toilet had flushing problem.
