We are frequent travelers with Royal Caribbean and were really looking forward to sailing on the Oasis since we had a very positive experience on the Allure. We were very disappointed in the condition of the ship. Most of the public spaces seemed worn and dirty. In the Promenade, the tables were always dirty and strewn about. The Cruise Director and his staff were totally disappointing. We've never seen such an unorganized ship in all our travels. There were lines to get into the Windjammer. Service was extremely slow in the Main Dining Room for Breakfast service. Our show reservations were changed three times. My husband booked a Flowrider lesson only to have it cancelled on the date scheduled because the instructor said that he needed at least three people to book??? When we voiced a complaint about our experiences to the Cruise staff, their only response was to contact Corporate. Well, we did write a three page letter to the head Corporate staff. We sent it certified, return receipt so we know that it was received. This was in the middle of November. To this date, we have not received one word from Royal Caribbean. This is extremely disappointing. We feel that Royal Caribbean Corporation is only concerned with their bottom dollar and not satisfying their frequent cruisers.
