Every thing on our cruise went very well. The crew was very friendly. The girl that went around Lido at 10:30 P.M. personally giving out Cookies was very memorable. Food was Excellent, Pizza was the best and at Lido the Ethnic food that changed daily was Fantastic. Just booked for 5/07/16 and looking to book on 2/13/16. Also the shows were Broadway quality as was all ascertainment on the ship. Can not wait for new ship o arrive and we will definitely be on it. Thanks MSC. The Lido buffet was really fresh, plentiful,great presentation. For Breakfast and lunch you must make a complete circle around the buffet because there is different foods at different points around the buffet. Also the Pizza shop at Lido was as good as the best in NYC. On disembarkation. It is the most organized. You are given a space to go and meet. Such as any of the public spaces, they then come and take you to the exit and you leave. No fighting just an easy way off.

Now the bad and it has nothing to do with the ship or anyone on the ship. When are you going to get your act together as to customer service. Called the 800 #, wrote E-Mails, Used the link on the web page and have never gotten to speak to anyone. I am a 2 cruises away on Carnival to platinum and want to get the Loyalty match, have filled out the form and nothing. Want to book for 2/13.16 cruise and left a message for a call back, NOTHING,, When on hold for at least 25 minutes, phone tells you to call back or leave message, leave a message, no call back.Your office is very incompetent. Just got off Carnival Breeze 12.05/15. At dinner was talking to couples about Divina and they said they will not book a cruise because they also feel there is no customer service I agree. Thank God the cruises that I have gone on with MSC have been through the computer, just the thought of having any interaction with customer service put a chill through my spin.

Everything was just perfect. The room steward was 5 Star. Keep the room in great shape.. new when we left and had the room all tidy early. The little lite on the upper outside of the cabin door is great. The steward knows when you are in or out of the Cabin. All the Crew were very friendly and caring. But as is on all ship the Officers are drips they never say Hello or acknowledge you. ( I Believe it is because they do not have a good feel for the English language and by not making eye contact they do not have to engage in conversation)
