Sail Date: Dec 2015

We went on the Ventura this December at a cost of £4875.00 in a superior cabin on the 9th Deck. The weather was very rough the fast few days and the cabin creaked all through the cruise. We only had 3 nights sleep out of 12 because of the noise from the cabin. We complained on the second day and was told it was how the ship was built and not made for bad weather!!. On the 3rd night we were so tired we complained again about the creaking In the cabin. And the cabin supervisor came to see us and again told us the ship expands with the bad weather and that's how the ship was made. I was very frightened and so was other passengers that we spoke to.

My husband also was very sick after eating a burger on board as the person serving the burgers used the same rubber glove to serve burgers and chicken and bus and fries. We did not use the dining rooms but send the Self service restaurant where the food was not very good. I will never use P&O again . Have used Royal Carribean Ships and they are so much better.
