The cruise before ours had problems with Norovirus and storm damage, which meant that we were late boarding. We had been notified of this and boarding was uneventful and handled very well under the circumstances....thousands of people!

Our cabin, a handicapped Promenade view was excellent, plenty of room to move around with my walking frame, many cupboards and drawers, a huge walk-in shower and a good view of the Promenade. The cabin next door for our grand daughters was small but adequate. Our cabin steward, Jose, was excellent, he kept the cabin clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble, he looked after me very well.

The 1st morning we had a shock when we went for breakfast, the queue was out of the door and around the corner...never in all our 21 cruises have we seen anything like it. The queue at the MDR was nearly as long! I realised that they were being careful because of the norovirus but in other areas this was not so.
