This was our second carnival cruise, the first one being the Carnival Liberty, and i would have to say i was pretty impressed. We were a pretty large group, consisting of a few families, having kids of all ages, and we were pretty impressed with what the ship had to offer. We sailed over christmas and visited Grand Turk, La Romana, Dominican Republic, Curacao, and Aruba.
Cabin
Our cabins were on the 8th deck. The rooms were very nice (beds were very comfortable), water became hot very quickly, and you could adjust the temperature to your liking. We had two cabins, one being an ocean view balcony and one being a cabin with no window for the kids. Both were extremely nice, except a room with no window is hard to deal with because you dont know if it is day or night when you wake up and you have to check the clock on your phone (the rooms do not have a clock). The stewardess was very friendly and got the job done very quickly. They did a great job at cleaning, organizing, and leaving the next day's itinerary and any other information. The little towel creations were a cute addition also :).
