Sail Date: Dec 2015
Traveled with children

While there are nice features of this boat, the ship is unpleasantly overcrowded and under staffed. Norwegian seems to have stuffed too many (small) cabins onto the boat at the expense of public spaces and too few crew.

We sailed with our large extended family from Florida including numerous children under the age of 10. This was my 7th cruise and I was the least experienced cruiser among the adults. The consensus after the cruise was never again on a Norwegian cruise and many in our group said never again to cruising.

Port Reviews

St. Thomas

We purchased a day pass to the Marriott hotel at www.resortforaday.com and had a great day at their pool and beach which is 2 miles ($6 per person taxi) from the cruise terminal.

Tortola

Nanny Kay has a beautiful beach, pool, and casual bar/restaurant which is great for kids and is open to cruisers.
