Started off in Brisbane Australia, embarkation was quick & easy, once on board we made our way to our stateroom c703, we entered the room for the first time & first impression was one of disappointment, our stateroom was more like a statecloset, it was small with little room, the bathroom was very very tiny, bugger all wardrobe space. If someone was at the wardrobe then you had a very hard time getting in or out of the bathroom & stateroom main door.
One of the lamps that was attached to the wall above the bed was broken & was reported to our cabin steward on arrival & was still broken on the conclusion of the cruise, the mattresses on the bed was passed it's use by date as it was very saggy in the middle & after the third night sleep we woke with a sore back every morning after, there was run marks on the walls & stains all over the carpet.
We went to see a show in the vista lounge & after asking the wait staff for a coffee as we don't drink alcohol we were promptly told that they dont do coffee & when we asked why we were just told that we couldn't get one.
Overall very small, very very tiny bathroom, very minimal amount of wardrobe space, broken lamp on the wall above the bed, run marks on the walls, stains all over the carpet, the mattresses are passed there use by date & were sagging in the middle which gave you a sore back after three days & woke up every morning for the rest of the cruise with a sore back, if someone was at the wardrobe then you had very hard time getting in or out of the bathroom & main door of the statecloset, as I call it, not stateroom.
