A large group of family (18) for Mom's 90th Bday, most of whom had never cruised. We've been on Celebrity, Princess, HAL and NCL so this is older but nice... Ship was completely sold out- decorated nicely (but somewhat sparsely) for Christmas; all staff wore santa hats- cute. From the easy embarkation from Port of Baltimore (too bad they don't have more cruise options from there...they would make a fortune). All 2nd deck OV rooms were adequate. 1 JS on 8th deck nice but looked very dated (FYI no pole in this room). No lounge chair on balcony that could have easily accommodated it.

To the impt stuff: ACTIVITIES: there were A LOT. Always kept everyone busy.

PORTS:Port Canaveral- walk out of the port to the left approx 1/2 mile and there is a beautiful beach, Jetty Beach. BEST kept secret if you don't want to partake in Disney or Cape Canaveral. We were blessed that the Falcon 9 launch took place that evening and Captain held up departure to see it. Amazing.

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Nice/decent room; could have used a chaise on deck- two chairs and table but very large. Old/dated wood in need of re-refurbishment. Towels were old and shredded. Lots of space in room. Bed ok. Pillows like placemats. No way of modifying temp control- either warm or cold. Surry was fine and attentive. Nice to have a coffee pot in the room; FYI: not in OV rooms.
