When entering our balcony room the floor was covered in crumbs. It was also hard to miss the mold ring in the toilet and mildew on the walls. The service was very below grade compared to Disney and Royal Caribbean. The food compared to Royal Caribbean and Disney was very poor and barely warm.

There are very few activities for kid and they advertise crafts but they do not really offer them, we were told they would have to have like 600 and that would not happen. The attitude of the staff was very surprising as we have cruised over 10 times and never encountered service so rude!

Don't purchase the beverage package unless you only drink Pepsi or Ginger Ale. They do not offer all Pepsi products.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Nice to walk off ship to go to shore!

St. Thomas

Priority debarking when booking a cruise excursion which was nice for us, other people waiting were angry. Tender boat after ours started on fire. Scarey!

Tortola

There was a stand with staff that had island information when you got off the ship. This made us feel very safe and was very helpful since we did not book a cruise excursion.
