Delightful time at the beach.  Transportation to and from the beach totally disorganized and behind schedule

The tour was good.  The transportation back to the ship was one hour late and thus eliminated the prospect to visiting St. Thomas

(never holding a door; never stepping aside to allow a passenger to pass - especially around the buffet; frequently giving wrong information; not following through with promises made - customer service to send missing washclothes to cabin, never arrived); cabin steward service very uneven (one night - no washclothes; another night no glasses in bathroom); soap and shampoo dispensers a nice touch - except they aren't labeled as to which one is which;

Shore excursions terribly disorganized.Preparation very pedestrian (food is tasteless); presentation banal; service unprofessional (our poor waiter had much  more to do than one waiter could handle).
