We booked this cruise in March this year so had plenty of time to review the poor comments about Celebrity in general and Millenium in particular. My advice 'don't read them'.
I can only say that we had a fabulous time. The ship was beautiful and well appointed. We had previously sailed on the Eclipse so had some comparison. Where the 'odours' were I could not tell you. The ship was permanently in cleaning mode. I didn't go into many toilets around the ship where there wasn't an attendant cleaning it.
We had balcony cabin 6097 which was adequate and well looked after by our two attendants. It is slightly forward and very quiet not far from the I lounge.

Very comfortable plenty of storage and good balcony. We always have a balcony but I'm never sure if we really need one. Time spent in the stateroom is minimal after all.
