I arranged for the Windward Islands cruise with Island Windjammers for my wife's birthday. This is the first time for either of us on a sailing cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The crew was incredible - they worked to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Food was great - I couldn't believe the meals that came from the ship's galley.
This itinerary is very laid back - a great chance to really disconnect from the everyday rush - and just relax. Watching birds, the clouds, islands that we passed while sailing created a serene atmosphere.
Cabin Review
The cabin was not like a hotel room - but in a 101 foot boat - we did not expect a lot of space. Excellent use of the space available and nice to have bathroom facilities for each individual cabin.
