Left from Port Canaveral. We stayed overnight at the Radisson Port. It was great. We left our rental there and a shuttle took us to the port. The ship is newly refurbished and immaculately clean. Embarkment was smooth. Carnival staff is very warm and welcoming. We had a balcony which was small, but nice to have.

We had the late seating at dinner. Food was amazingly good. Wait staff was excellent and attentive. I felt like a Queen. Highly recommend the chocolate warming cake for dessert. We were a couple with an 11 year old daughter and they sat us with a couple with a 12 year old daughter which was perfect.

The new deck for the kids was great. My daughter went on both of the water slides several times. She said that they were both very fun and had a good time going with the child from our table. The slide that was enclosed looks high up and goes over the ocean. My daughter said it was fast, fun and opens up at the bottom for a curve. There was also another water slide which was 2 exactly the same right next to eachother for racing your friends and family. They looked like they went straight down but they had a slight slant to them and weren't that high up. Read more
