This is my first time on this ship but I have been in others so I can compare. I know this is not a Crystal or Celebrity line but I would consider that the customer service should be almost as equal on everyone, on this ship is just the worst, every place I went the person who attended had the worst mood, starting at the Vitality Spa Cafe and the wipeout cafe, it was like they were making an extra job for you. Also it was my housband´s birthday and I wanted to make a surprise for him with strawberries in the room, they charged me the suprise but they never got them into de room, at last I had to ask two times to refund me the money.

We also went to have dinner to the izumi restaurant (highly overrated), people were polite but the tepanyaki is too expensive, they use the most common ingridientes (peppers, carrots, garlic and onions) and you have to spend like $40 USD plus the cost of the sushi which are just regular, plus Evian water which they serve without asking you first.

At the spa we paid a package of three 75 minute massage, we got at the most 60 minutes every time and always where received late.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This was really nice and the guy who helped clean the room was very polite.
