We had cruised previously on the Norwegian Sun and were very pleased with the meals, staff drinks and ship. The Norwegian Spirit let us down in all areas with the exception of the entertainment. 19 cruises under our belt. We realized this is their oldest ship with recent minimal updates. The dining room 1hr wait after being seated to get a so/so meal. They only offer water, you you'd like anything else you have to ask, then it was a bother. We never could meet with our room Stewart. We wanted our beds separated and asked a fill in,we saw in the hall. He said our Stewart was in training. HE left glasses of soda on the room for days until we placed them in the trash. It took 2 hrs to get tendering to Grand Cayman. The customer service desk seemed unipressed to help. We went to the desk on 3 occasions missions , we'd have to research, you have to go to.. were answers we received. No clear signage for port debarkation. Daily menu available in the buffet areas only for review that we could find. Many of the crew 1st boarded with us and were unfamiliar with teamwork, ship layout. Piano bar Barry was the best. Except the night they scheduled him in the pub with Sunday or Monday night football.

Every cabin should have beach towels we never had any to start with. Can not use your hair dryer from home. Built in one in bathroom.

Very tight for 3 adults. Never again. It did have a fridge. Use cannot use you own hair dryer. 1 outlet in entire cabin. Balcony small in width. No bed scarves of bolster pillows.
