I am a loyalty member and have been cruising with NCL for several years. I introduce a lot of friends to NCL but my recent experience is so bad that I don't even want to book any other cruise with NCL any more. There are not much food variety this time. I even got served raw chicken without any explanations. You can see they are cutting expense right now. The crew member barely smile to you even though they are saying happy happy washy washy smiling smiling. Even in speciality restaurant, you have to stand for a very long time until someone come to get you even with reservations. They must cut a lot of crew members and let them do more even they raise the tip fee. The excursion just try to fool you. I don't care if I pay much more than the actual price I just couldn't understand why you say we are departure at 11:45 but we actually departure at 12:30 with the fact that everyone showing up around 11:40. Who wants to stand under the sunshine for almost an hour in virgin island during noon time? Ridiculous! The lockers in SPA room never works. I have to bring my phone/iPad with me all the time. I don't even know why I get so much pressure in spa room when the whole purpose is getting relaxed. The most ridiculous part is you still have to pay for soda/beverage even you have the soda package in spinnaker lounge. Then what is the purpose of getting the package? The worse part of doing any dinning not only in dinning hall but also in specialty restaurant is the camera flash everywhere! Who wants to be flash the eyes all the time when you try to get relaxed? The two star, one is for entertainments the other one is for my anniversary cake. I talked with a lot of loyalty members and we all feel disappointed for NCL.
