First Embarkation and Disembarkation could not have been better on Celebrity. They are organized, quick, and put Princess to shame. The ingredients in the Celebrity food were much higher quality than Princess. North American beef instead of 3rd world beef. The pork and Lamb were also much better on Celebrity. I see reviews where people say the food is bland on Princess, and they don't realize it is the quality of the meat they are buying that is the problem. No lines at the buffet on Celebrity. On Princess I could always figure 15 minutes plus to get to the buffet. No lines at the front desk like on Princess.

The only area where Princess was better was entertainment. The Celebrity entertainment was equivalent to a couple local bar bands with the main show room run by college students, with the kind of performance you would see at an amusement park. Princess hired real professionals. The staff in the dining room and cleaning staff were equal in my opinion.
