Overall the ship is in good shape, but it is missing a few things that a cabin really should have in this cruise market. The cabin we were in had no refrigerator. The only way to keep things cooled was to get a bucket from the bar and fill it with ice or to use a 6 pack cooler. There also is no interactive TV on the ship. To keep track of your balance you had to wait in line at a kiosk. You also can not get things such as messages, menus, and activities on your TV. You also can not get movies in your cabin. I would think a ship which was refurbished not too long ago would have had these items.
The food in the dinning room and steak house was excellent. However the Lido Deck food left a lot to be desired. The service on the Lido Deck was poor. Tables were not cleaned and the serving staff acted as if you were a bother to them. Plus when you return from a shore excursion and your hungry, if it is past 4:00 you better be ready for pizza, sandwiches, or a hamburger. Everything else is closed up.
The cabin was clean and very basic. It did not have a refrigerator. The cabin steward, Michael was excellent
very good tour
Our driver was excellent. He knew all the history of the island and was very friendly and helpful. The lunch and beach were terrific.
As usual Capt. Nautica snorkeling was the top of the line. We go with them every time we are in St. Thomas. Molly and her crew were great
The beach was very nice and clean. The staff at the beach were very friendly and willing to help. The lunch was basic, but it was very good. The island as a whole was very clean and friendly.
