Arriving at port to board , they wouldn't check our luggage . I am disabled ! My wife and I had to push our luggage up on to the ship, resulting in severe pain to my damaged spine !

At the front desk on ship , rep. took our bags and put them into storage for us . After access to our room we returned to get our bags . A different rep. gave us a terrible time and was even yelling at my wife . She didn't want to release our bags ! As the conversation became more heated the rep. screamed at my wife " take your bags and go"

At this point we wanted off this ship,,now ! We were told as we had boarded we couldn't get off . At the front desk we spoke to a supervisor who then informed us that the rep who was yelling at my wife had told her that we are racists! As we are both from New York City the last thing in the world either one of us is - would be a racist.
