Both embarkation and debarkation were handled very fast and efficiently. This was our 10th cruise and our MSC experience was the best.
The ship is beautiful and our balcony cabin was well decorated, modern and very clean. We had fresh fruit and ice daily.
The staff were well trained, very pleasant and eager to please. I rarely saw our cabin steward but the room was always cleaned and towels replaced twice daily.
