Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

This was our second cruise Royal Caribbean. The first one was great. The second one aggravated me because of the service. Our room attendant who cleaned our room could not have been better, but service in the buffet, as far as taking away dirty plates or asking if we needed refills on drinks was not good. In the casino, waiters only waited on customers who had Diamond ++ or better. One sitting next to me, and when I asked, he pretended not to hear me. This happened 3 times and I asked the person getting the drinks why he wouldn't wait on me, while I'm putting the same amount of money in the slot machine, and she said that she gets hers free because of the amount of cruises she'd taken. My husband, playing table games, had to stop playing to get his drink or wait to see if I came to his table. The same happened around the pools. I went to customer service and he told me the workers were probably busy. One couple who had 300 days cruising, said this was the worst cruise they had taken. I will continue to go RC, but a different ship and hopefully a different crew. I did ask for my gratuities to be removed from my bill, and I tipped to the few that were actually very good at their job
