I am a platinum member who love cruising. However, we were very disappointed with the experience on the Carnival Breeze. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I never met my cabin stewart. The service in the dining area was pitiful. I'm use to being greeted upon our arrive to our table and my napkin being placed on my lap. That never happened. I complained once to my waiter, who accommodated me when I complained, but never again. Tables on the Lido deck remained dirty while waiters slowly strolled around pretending to look for dirty tables.

The entertainment was poor. The performers seemed to not care if we liked it or not. The only bright light was the cruise director, Matt. He was fantastic! He was engaging and entertaining! The comedy shows were good, too. I would not recommend this ship and would never sail on it again. It seems as if the staff did not care because they assumed the tip was in the bag. The ship is beautiful, the service was terrible.

I'm already scheduled to sail out of Charleston, SC in January 2016. I cruised out of this port numerous before; however after this trip I probably will go back to Royal Carribean to give Carnival time to improve its service. Also, was not allowed to use some of the exercise equipment until after 8:30am because it would disturb a cabin that shared a wall. Pitiful!
