Made the mistake to board this ship for a 4 day labor day cruise with my wife and 12 y/o son and boy, what a mistake we made! The ship was in no way relaxing at all. While the ship itself and the staff was pretty good, the clientele ranged from all ages and for the most part, had no class. While I like drinking and having a good time myself, most of these drunks were stammering, staggering, throwing up, using the "F" word regularly and sporting t-shirts with phrases: "let's get ship-faced, "drunk 1 & drunk 2" etc..... They should literally change the name of the ship to "INTOXICATION OF THE SEAS"! I have never been around so many alcoholics in all my life. The main pool was a disgrace. ALWAYS crowded and noisy full of obnoxiously loud drunks. The water was always hot and cloudy. One day my wife and I decided to sit by the pool while most of the drunks were at port when all of a sudden, we saw a cloud of brown water emanate from a drunken individual! How gross! We ran as far away as we could and never ventured anywhere near there!

Our room # was 3668 which is located on the 3D deck in the back of the ship on the starboard side just under the kitchen of the main restaurant, MY FAIR LADY. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ENTIRE AREA! The kitchen crew cleans ALL NIGHT LONG making all kinds of noises that kept us up throughout the night! We eventually met with Francis Villalta (guest svcs officer) and Berenice Merchan Reina (guest svcs mgr) to complain about this noise. They assured us that they would speak to the staff to have them stop the noise however it just continued. I even made a special trip to the kitchen at 4 AM one evening to personally speak with the staff and that went nowhere! BE WARNED, FIND ANOTHER CRUISE LINE!
