Sail Date: Oct 2015
Cabin: Concierge Class 1

My wife and I traveled on the Constellation in October of 2015 from Istanbul to Rome. Although our original itinerary had us spending three days in Israel, the violence there caused a diversion to several stops in Greece. Having not traveled to any of these ports, we were fine with the change and happy that we re-claimed 2 sea days along the way.

We had a Concierge Veranda Cabin on Deck 7. The upgraded room service menu and fruit in the room each day were highlights of the upgrade. We enjoyed the meals in the MDR, but were blown away by the experience in the specialty dining alternatives, Ocean Liners and Tuscan Grille. We used our OBC to purchase a package of meals and actually ended up eating in the specialty restaurants more than the MDR due to the incredible food and wine alternatives. We had the Classic Bev package and it was more than enough for us. Tried at least 12 different reds from around the globe.

The fitness center was well equipped and never crowded. We also spent several days in the Persian Gardens Spa, which was incredible.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

Loved the location near back of ship, due to proximity to Café al Baccio and Cellar Masters. The veranda was large and well maintained. Other than a small problem with the heating that was fixed, the cabin was perfect for us.
