This was a very large ship with all the bells and extras. We had a very nice balcony room on the lido deck. my husband has medical issues so the lido always works well for us both. the food was great and the staff was excellant. our dining was in the sapphire lower deck 3 and we had your time dining which works out great. the staff by name head waitress yves; team waiter anak and assistant team waiter i made; not to forget the team bar waiter berat were excellent. Always smiling and friendly and remembers your names. even when we seen them on the lido they came bye and talked. I enjoyed all the extras carnival gives.
My only disappointment was in the casino- not being included; they had a premier players club program that i missed. i did early booking in feb 2015 and this premier players club offer came out in july 2015. By the time i got the card in the mail and contacted my carnival travel agent, all the spaces were filled up. Trust me i called asap.
I asked next time if the casino could review all the early bookings and include the vip players in the offers. i was there but my name was not include in the drawings for over 125 thousand dollars worth of prizes. The casino manager in charge of this premier players cruise, said he would try and make it right. but he was not able to add my name for any of those prizes. he did, give me some extras and yes i am cruising again - thank you! i still enjoyed the players club casino and never got to bed before 4am, but i would have loved to win an apple watch or ipod or a trip on the vista balcony room; or some of that free money. I will be BACK NEXT YEAR-
always kept clean and the staff was excellent. My husband spends lots of time in the room- he loves the balcony and watching the water.
airport was easy to get around and shuttle took no time
walked around and seen some of the places. just to pick up items for gifts
